MOD CON, Zipper and Casino

Naarm/Mebourne based three piece MOD CON, the collaborative project of Erica Dunn, Isobel D'Cruz Barnes and Raquel Solier, sears on recordings and in live performance, with dual vocals and syncopated rhythms at the core. They're joined by Zipper, who blend ‘80s punk sensibilities with new-wave pop, with melodic hooks from cinematic guitars under spiky and soft vocals that swing between English and Japanese lyrics, and new-comers Casino, playing post-punk with an anarcho-bent under angular guitars.
