We're into the void between Christmas and New Years. Santa's already having withdrawals from Milk & Cookies and the rest of us are recovering from some form of PTSD from the year.
The only question is what do we do between now and the new year? Well we've got you covered...
AS A RIVAL returns to the Last Chance for their final performance of 2025. With their brand of anthemic, riff laden, melodic rock, they've decided to perform their 3rd (and latest) album, 'the only way out is together', in full, for a rare occasion to see off the end of 2025, and the end of this album cycle before they begin to write their next opus. Not to be missed.
With them, FELLVIEW are a radical leftist queercore trio, who's songs contain a whole gamut of sounds and emotions and messages, veiled and unveiled criticisms and a wide sweep of musical ideas ranging from twinkling Midwest emo arpeggios to post-rock noise walls through hardcore riffs.
And closing out the trio of bands, A STUDY IN RED is a Melbourne-based female-led rock band that promises a bloody good time. With a gore-dropping appearance lends itself to a story unfolding; they’re decked out in their finest, and put on a viscerally good show from start to finish.
