Lahgo have spent the last 12 months selling out shows and growing a reputation for blistering, raucous, crowd-connecting shows. Their recent sold out show for Great Southern Nights and a King Street Crawl performance where demand exceeded capacity on Eliza St in Newtown has thrust Lahgo's reputation to the top of the list for tastemakers and passionate music fans alike.  Supporting The Terrys and The Living End further enforces their reputation as a band that brings intense live music to the forefront.

The band's commitment to staging shows with more women on stage, on production teams, and in the audience—creating a safe, connected, and supportive environment—is central to the Lahgo ethos.

Performing new material from their upcoming EP produced in collaboration with fast rising producer, Ethan Reginato (Ixaras, Holly Hebe, Charli Lucas) will give current fans a glimpse of the future of Lahgo as they extend their reputation for delivering fresh new sounds.

Lahgo is the Sydney based duo made up of bassist Lee Denman and frontwoman Mel Bailey. Together they have spent several years shape-shifting and developing a sound and live reputation that resonates with audiences who feel seen by the duo's honest music, which confronts the sticky and difficult moments in life. "Sometimes the hardest truths are the ones we need to hear most," says Bailey.  When Lahgo plays live, you hear those moments belted out with sweaty passion, allowing audiences to bathe in the vibe of emotional release.
